PPF Warranty

Coverage Period: Up to 10 years (product tier dependent)

Covered Defects:

  • Yellowing or discolouration
  • Cracking or splitting
  • Delamination from paint surface
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Edge lifting (non-impact related)
  • Bubbling under film

Not Covered:

  • Physical damage from accidents or impacts
  • Improper maintenance or cleaning
  • Non-certified installer damage

Window Film Warranty

Coverage Period: Up to 7 years

Covered Defects:

  • Bubbling or blistering
  • Peeling or delamination
  • Discolouration or colour shift
  • Edge adhesive failure
  • Demetalisation (metallic films)

Not Covered:

  • Scratches from improper cleaning
  • Damage from window mechanism
  • Deliberate damage

Ceramic Coating Warranty

Coverage Period: 1, 3, or 5 years (tier dependent)

Covered Defects:

  • Hydrophobic performance below specification
  • Gloss retention below baseline
  • Premature coating failure
  • Chemical bonding failure

Not Covered:

  • Paint damage from accidents
  • Improper washing or use of abrasives
  • Industrial fallout contamination without timely removal

Warranty Registration

Your warranty is registered by your Eclipse Schutz certified installer at the time of installation. You will receive a digital warranty certificate via email. Keep your installation receipt and warranty certificate for any future claims.
